Privacy Policy
Guided Velocity is the public-facing brand of Eastern Provisions LLC, a New York limited liability company. This page describes what the contact forms on this website collect and how a submission is handled.
This policy is a plain description of the current website. It is not a compliance certification, a security attestation, or a guarantee about how long an email or infrastructure provider keeps its own records.
Information the forms collect
The forms at /contact and /public-sector/contact use the same server-side process. A submission can include:
- Name
- Email address
- Organization, if you provide one
- Inquiry type
- Message
- RFP or reference number and deadline, when you provide them for a procurement inquiry
- The site page or starting-point context included with the form, when you arrived from another page on this website
A hidden field is checked for automated submissions. If that field is filled in, the submission is discarded and is not sent as an inquiry. Do not include passwords, access credentials, customer records, or other sensitive information in the message.
How a submission is handled
The server checks the submission before it confirms that a message was sent. This website does not keep a database of inquiries.
Repeated submissions are limited with Upstash Redis. The counters store a one-way hash of the IP address and, for a complete submission, a one-way hash of the email address. Each counter is set to expire after one hour. These counters are not a mailing list. If the rate-limit service is not configured or cannot be reached, the form does not send the message.
When the checks pass, Resend delivers the message by email to contact@guidedvelocity.com. The reply address is the email address you entered. The sending address is a transactional address configured for that email service. We do not publish a retention period for copies held by the email provider.
What this site does not do
Information submitted through the form is used to respond to that inquiry. We do not sell it, and submitting the form does not add you to a mailing list. This website does not use advertising or analytics trackers, and it does not ask you to accept nonessential cookies.
Published vendor pages and the capability statement are documents we provide for review. They are not information collected from you through the form.
